I come with 4 years of experience working for SaaS company which is providing Livechat tool/service, 3 of these 4 years I was the Customer Representative Manager and was responsible for answering livechats and email, as well helping the other CSRs.
I have 2 laptops and a PC, LAN connection + 4G for back up so I can be always online, as I understand how important is to answer the customer on time, my average First time response is 10-20 seconds.
I am familiar with Customerly too, haven't used it, but have checked it as Customerly is a competitor of Slaask, so I understand all the features that Customerly is offering, as well I have 4 years of experience in Forest Admin, as I am pretty good in troubleshooting and problem solving, although not a developer, I was given an Admin access to users widgets so I can faster help them in configuring their livechat or troubleshooting an issue.
