Our Customer Service Representative Department: Comprised of a vastly talented group of individuals, our service representatives ensure our customers have the greatest experience when they need support with service or product issues, queries and feedback. The team further efficiently handles all inbound and outbound communication with customers as well as colleagues when necessary. The Role: The Customer Service Representative ensures excellent service standards, responding to customer inquiries efficiently and promptly, through email, calls and online chat support. We are looking for a self-motivated, diligent and personable individual who is able to work well under pressure and committed to upholding the values of Gemini Trading. This is a remote position, with flexible working hours of approximately 30 hours of work weekly at $32 per hour, reporting to the Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to: . Managing all in/outbound customer requests through calls and e-mails. . Executing excellent customer service via chat support with online customers . Resolving product or service problems, queries and negative feedbacks in a positive and professional way at all times. . Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Minimum Qualifications: . Customer service experience will be an advantage but not required . Should be diligent and committed to work . Speak fluently and be able to write English well . Great verbal and written communication skills . Be able to multitask between computer software applications . Possess excellent phone manners . Work well under pressure . Being diligent and detail-orientated Required: . Fast Internet connection . Candidate must be at least a High School graduate
