• Providing swift and comprehensive feedback to the team leads in case any current issues that need special attention arise;
• Making sure that the customer is satisfied with the whole customer service experience, every time;
• Managing customer accounts;
• Informing customers about current and upcoming promotions;
• Suggest improvements to sites, products, processes.
