Incomplete Flutter App Project. App uses (Weather API, location, User Input) to send push notifications when weather changes -- 2

I am building a Flutter Mobile Application (Android), I have the User interface (90% Completed)

And i have done Logic Programming for about 2 Pages. out of about 10.

PROPOSED DELIVERY TIMELINE: 24-36 Hours

App Should send Notifications to User to manage their (Solar Power Loads) based on the location where their Solar System is installed.

The goal is for the end-user to do the following:

1. Create Account & Login once into the App (Login UI available already only Signup is missing)

2. Add their Solar Power System Details. This includes:

(a) Location where Solar Power system is installed

(b) Number of Solar panels they have and their respective Watts (UI Sample available)

(c) Number of Batteries and their respective voltage (UI Sample available)

(d) Inverter Size (UI Sample available)

(e) Add their Appliances/System Loads. This include electrical appliances that use their electrical power generated by the Solar System. (List input is preferred and an option to add a new appliance manually) For Example; TV Set - 50watts: Quantity (User Selects Quantity)....

All details to be entered under the 'My System Page' once this is done, data should be stored in our database and locally on the app. Once Details are entered, My System Page should then show System Health and Size based on User Input. E.g 3000 Kw/ 3KVA, Weather (Good/Bad)

3. Once Details are entered, the app should store the details permanently under the user's account and show the Solar Watt-Hours Calculation Details based on the current weather where the system is installed.

4. I want app to respond to the weather ranges and send push notification to the user when certain weather limits are reached. For instance, if the weather is sunny, the user can get a push notification to utilize their system. In another instance, if the sky is covered with clouds, the user gets a push notification to minimize system usage. I will personally be managing those variables. The weather details will be based on the Weather API I have created from [login to view URL] If you know of any other open weather API you can advise.

5. The system should permanently save the User's system settings and Provide us with those details in the backend of your choice. (Firebase Preferred)

6. System should give option to the user to request for solar installer's services within the Application (Page Missing).

On this page:

User is given 2 options:

(a) Are you on the Solar Installer's Maintenance Package? if yes, they're given a textbox to enter their Service request details. and Send button. And the message should be sent to my email address.

(b) Pay for Service. (if they select this option, they're given a textbox to enter their Service request details. and Send button. And the message should be sent to my email address with a subject (Pay for Service)

7. Embed Weather Widget/Page. The menu link is available already. And i already have the page but i haven't been able to link it within the App. (Page is available already)

8. Add Daily Power Tips page. Tips should be sent with an push notification, and all previous tips should appear on the tips page. Tips should be preferrably sent from something like wordpress (i already have the website.) If you prefer any other options, you can advice

Once App Is done, APK AND SOURCE CODE IS REQUIRED.
