● Completes weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner
● Participates in weekly and monthly meetings
● Follows through on all action items and anticipates future studio/personnel
needs
● Oversee studio administrative processes
● Make flyers, create Facebook ads
● Respond to customer service emails
● Maintain accurate records in MindBodyOnline
● Assess sales and transactions in MBO to ensure accounts are paid in full
● Work with marketing to ensure all promotional material is posted in a timely
manner
