Build a data set

I am looking to build a data set that contains the URL's of every county jail inmate census in the United States. Here are the simple steps to be followed in identifying the content that I'd like to obtain: Step 1: Go here [login to view URL] Step 2: Select a state (let's choose Alabama) Step 3: Select a county (let's choose Baldwin) Step 4: Click on link under 'Jail Inmate Roster Information for Baldwin County' Step 5: Find the 'Arrest Search' link on the left hand side of the page (it has a magnifying glass on it) Step 6: Click on 'View Current Inmates and/or 24 Hour Bookings' Step 7: This is the page that we want. So, we will now want to start an excel spreadsheet that tracks these pages. Column 1: State Name Column 2: County Name Column 3: jail roster web site This process will need to be repeated for each of the approximately 3,000 counties in the United States.
