The Customer Service role provides insight into the overall operations of the company, from the point of sale, through class planning, and the billing process. A Customer Service role is exposed to the workings of all the departments of the company related to getting a customer their purchase. As the front-line to customers, this role collects valuable data that can help improve operations and the customer experience.
Responsibilities
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to customers.
• Primary point of Customer Service contact for customers via email. Duties are to understand a customer's concern or complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution for the issue and expedite resolution of the matter.
• Improve customer service quality results by continually studying, evaluating, and suggesting improvements.
• Customer Service also monitors and responds to social media postings.
• Other relevant tasks as assigned
Preferred Skill & Requirements
• Passionate about positive customer service experiences and outcomes.
• 1+ year of Customer Service experience or a comparable position.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, and numerical).
• Web Savvy; an astute user of technology and software in execution of day-to-day duties.
• Possess a strong sense of urgency and dedication to conflict resolution.
• Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
