This position will be responsible for providing clerical support to the Company Department in the administration and development of HSE policies, manuals, standards, procedures, and safe work practices. JOB DUTIES Assist HSE staff with administrative duties such as filing and transferring of received information into standard reporting/approved documentation formats. Develop procedural documents for various manufacturing equipment to include safety checks and safe operation instructions. Follow up/track level of accomplishment of action items derived from agreed action plans between HSE and other departments. Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees, peers, at all levels. Establishes, updates, and maintains files Research safety manuals and/or existing work instructions as instructed to do so by the HSE Manager Prepares reports, letters, and memos Assist on special projects as assigned Position requires working from multiple sites, must have the ability to travel between Houston sites as needed. Assist in other departments as needed Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE JOB: Able to appropriately process confidential information Able to work under tight/inflexible deadlines Able to effectively work on several projects simultaneously and adjust quickly when priorities change Possess creativity in producing reports and presentations QUALIFICATIONS: Possess High School Diploma/GED Effective organization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills Demonstrate written and oral communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and the use of basic office equipment Highly motivated and self-directed with an ability to work with limited supervision Professional and positive work ethic; effectively work in a team Possess a valid driver’s license Preferred Qualifications: Associates Degree from an accredited university One to two years’ experience and or/training; or equivalent combination of education

Dear Sir/Madam, As a motivated individual, I am very much interested in submitting an application for the job post for the Data Entry position. I processed payroll for small businesses in the US, concentrating in the Midwest, using a program by ADP (Automatic Data Processing). I was an Implementation Specialist for new clients, and I taught them how to use the system. Dealing with financial matters, I became very detail oriented, and made sure that there was no room for mistake. Not only was I trained to be an expert in US payroll, but I was also prepared to have immaculate customer service to the clients. Before focusing on payroll, I was employed in a call center as a customer service and technical support representative. It was imperative that I resolve their issue, pacify irate customers, and I did my best to make them feel that they made the right decision to be a consumer of the account that was assigned to me. With over 10 years of communicating with clients/customers residing in the US, I became very comfortable using the English language, oral and written. I have recently finished a 5-week training to be a Real Estate VA, but have yet to be hired by an investor. I’m also enrolled in a comprehensive course to be an Amazon Seller Central VA.
