Excel task: standarize a list of addresses in excel (150.000 aprox.)

I'll provide a list of addresses in 1 excel column. The addresses are formatted like this: Knutton Lane<br> Newcastle-under-Lyme<br> Staffordshire<br> ST5 2GB<br> <a target="_blank" href="[login to view URL],-2.237987">Find on Google map The task will consist in splitting the address in 4 columns: Column1=Street address Column2=City Column3=County Column4=Postal Code Column5=Country In this example shown it will be like this: Column1=Street=Knutton Lane Column2=City=Newcastle-under-Lyme Column3=County=Staffordshire Column4=Postal Code=ST5 2GB Column5=Country=England...this is not appearing in the excel, it has to be filled with England/Wales/Scotland/Northern Ireland depending on the County (a list with all the towns/counties/Countries will be provided). Issues to take into account: 1. This is not only a mechanic task (like splitting text inside <br> tags): some addresses will not have the data regarding street address or county or town or Postal Code. This has to be taken into account. 2. Names of cities: have to be standarized. For example: "Newcastle-under-Lyme" could appear in the list as "Newcastle under Lyme" or "newcastle-under-lyme". All the city names have to be standarized. The same for the names of counties. 3. Names of counties have to be filled if they are empty. A list of cities/counties will be provided, see it attached. The task has to be done fast: in 1 day or 2 days maximum.
