Follow up of leads for Serviced Office Space and Coworking Space

Hello! First of all congratulations on making your business very successful. I am a veteran call center agent with over 9 years of experience with a C2 Level of English Grammar and Vocabulary. I worked from the bottom as an agent and was promoted as a QA & Workforce for both Bluestem Brands(Blair, Bedford Fair & Old Pueblo Traders) and 1-800-Flowers campaign which is an inbound campaign that includes working sales, technical support, customer service, e-mails and chat support.I also took calls for Real Estate & Timeshare for 3 years and therefore I am pretty much experienced with regards to appointment setting/cold calling/B2B & B2C/Lead Generation. I'm also a fast and accurate in typing and as a workforce, I'm used to sending all sorts of reports using excel which I use to do Data Entry jobs and Typing jobs.
