Data Recover Project - Expert Needed
We have lost a database and must reconstruct it. The raw data is currently within about 25,000 emails in different forms. Some info is in the body, others in attachments - see below and the attachment for more details on data sets. We estimate between 30k and 40k leads/customers data (phone numbers, names, dates, notes, etc.) to be recovered and placed within a spread sheet.
Looking for good estimate on the work. You can use a low and a high but the high must cover the completed project. We are looking for the cheapest, but the best work possible as recovering the data is the most important.
More Details: 20,201 emails from one person and 1k to 5k from 2 others to sort.
Set 1 - Random Emails: From 9 15 2011 to 6 8 2012 about 9 months. These are emails back and forth. No set form. Does not seem to be a complete record will need to reconcile from 3 different email groups. In this data set there are also emails from forms as well as notes back from the vendor about leads.
Set 2 RingCentral Call Emails: 6 8 2012 until 2 2014 - Ring Central is a call center we used. During this time they sent a call email for every call answered or missed. In this data set there are also emails from forms as well as notes back from the vendor about leads.
Set 3 Call Logs: 2 2014 - 2016 sent call logs. Some are text, some are pictures and some are excel spread sheets. They contain all the calls. We also got RC emails on missed calls. In this data set there are also emails from forms as well as notes back from the vendor about leads.
This is part of a suit where the other party will pay for the reconstruction so we need good pricing to ensure all the costs are covered. If you need more info let me know.
