look over SQL code in notepad++ and create 2 forms with subforms in MS Access

I've created a small database in notepad++ and was hoping that someone could check through the SQL (and add tables if needed) and make sure everything links correctly and checks out?
Using Microsoft access and the database i was hoping you could also create two useful forms with linked subforms to allow data to be viewed and updated and do a quick user guide so i could attempt to redo the 2 forms myself.
