Microsoft Word expert to export a PDF into Word (Data Entry)

The PDF file is approximately 112 pages of text. Once the PDF has been converted into a Microsoft Word document, here are the additional steps to be taken:

- Please retain (or add) styles so that if the Word documented is edited (i.e., a subsection is added or deleted), the other section numbers will automatically reflect this. (If you’d like me to send you a sample of a Word document with the kind of styles I would like, I’d be happy to do so.)

- Please clean up any typos, formatting issues, etc., that occur in conjunction with the conversion process

- Footnotes: please manually add the text appearing in the footnotes of the PDF file as actual footnotes to the Word document (please replace the nonworking footnote number in the body of the PDF document with the functional footnote reference in the Word document). Please also delete the line dividers, if they carry over from the PDF to the Word document. (The ones that get added when you add real footnotes are fine, though.)

- Tracked changes: There are a few places where there’s black lined text in the PDF—for that, please treat it as though all relined changes have been accepted and tracked changes have been turned off in the Word document. (Essentially, if there’s text that shows as being added, just keep it in there as normal text. If there’s stuff that’s been deleted, don’t include it and no need to reference the omission.)

- Footers: please omit the content in the footers of the PDF file (doc number, page number) from the Word document
