I need an Excel Expert

Hi, I have a bit of a challenge making a table for monitoring orders. I am a supply chain intern now and my task is to prepare this. My main idea is to compare “promise date” which is the date promised to deliver the order and “lead time in days” which is lead time for specific component of the order from the supplier. So the question is how can I highlight the “order number” let’s say on red when the lead time for specific component will exceed the “promise date” and to be proactive highlight it orange and somehow subtract 14 days from the lead time so it will give an information before it’s too late. I’m not so advanced and I’ve been trying to look up some guidelines but I couldn’t finish that on my own, so I hope you can help me
