I am looking for someone who can answer incoming calls, making outgoing calls, and answer emails with customers for pick-up requests. I own a small engine recycling company. People reach out to us for pick-ups and sometimes I get swamped with incoming calls and emails. I would need to train you on how to answer these calls/ emails and how to answer any questions my customers might have. This would be a part-time job. 10-25 hours a week or less. I need someone who speaks English fluently and who can work during Eastern Standard Time. You must have exceptional customer service skills. Being friendly and confident on the phone with customers is a must in order to move forward with this project. You must be very comfortable speaking over the phone with customers. Job Tasks: Answer Incoming Calls Make Call Backs On Missed Calls / Voicemails Respond to Emails Using A Template We Provide Add Pick Up Requests To Excel Spreadsheet / CRM Hop On Weekly Call With Manager To Answer Any Questions Or Concerns Submit Weekly Timesheet For Hours Worked Other Tasks: Inform customer of deals and promotions Sell products and services Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes Work with manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered Closeout or open call records Read from scripts
