Simple formula for Excel Experts

The purpose of this project is to be able to work out the days in between the date in which we received the order to the date we placed it on the freight truck. In the attached file are three sheets. One has the invoice number (Sale), the other two (EFM & TOLL) are the data of the freight trucks. The sheet with “EFM” has a few different freight companies, the sheet with “TOLL” has the one company. To give you an idea with what I’ve done so far, F23 is picking up from the Toll sheet, the date that matches the invoice number. G23 then calculates that it was 6 days. I need columns C & E to pick up columns B from both sheets if there is a corresponding invoice number. I’m not sure how to do a Vlookup formula that allows you to pick up the invoice number in column A where there are more than one value, such as Cell A8 in Sheet ‘Toll’ where there are two invoice numbers. In the ‘EFM’ sheet, the invoice numbers also include another set of numbers that are irrelevant to the workbook. For example, Cell A2, only relevant data is 27264, therefore V49779732 needs to be discarded. Also, A32 has this data “V50088895,27633, 27646, 27646,27633, S50075896”, therefore only 27633, 27646, 27646,27633 are relevant. Does this make sense? I have put in some Vlookups in row 2 on the Sales sheet so that you can see what data I need if there were no issues with the formula. Hope this makes sense. My Budget is 20 SGD Thank you.
