I would like to offer my services in summarising your invoices. I hope my background as a civil engineer would not be taken negatively for this proposal. To be honest, because of my experience in my engineering job, I have a solid background in using MS Excel.
A number of my spreadsheets are on my portfolio. Please do take a look. I am comfortable in processing large amounts of data in MS Excel - sorting, filtering, and summarising them for use by my seniors.
My bid is as an hourly rate, but I have only placed a five-hour weekly limit - allowing for some months with five Thursdays in it.
