Telemarketing - Cold calling/ closing leads.

My name is Jason and I market to lower income individuals and families. They contact me with their information for me to call them back and help them find lower income housing across America. I call them and go through a script I created that introduces them to a three step process. The first step involves taking out a small loan to help improve their credit to show potential landlords. The second step involves pulling their credit score to show potential landlords and the third step involves setting up a direct connection between my clients and landlords in their areas. I'll then email them findings of housing units that match their specific criteria. The critical part of this (which you'll be tasked with) is going through the first step with them. I'll give you a website link that you'll fill out their loan information on your computer while they're on the phone with them (at this stage of the script). Personal information such as social security information, bank account information, and drivers license information WILL be required to finish processing the loan. You will only need to get them through the first step by processing their loan (it takes 5 minutes to process if they have the information readily available). Then, once successfully processed, you'll email me the names of the successfully processed applications (I'll be able to see which ones went through as well) and I will then perform step 2 and step 3 myself with a follow up email (I will send this email). I have the script already prepared, I have objections and appropriate responses already prepared. So my question to you is this...is this something you're up for? Can you close these leads? If so, and you perform well, I'll also be interested in working out a commission deal with you for each closed loan. The payment I'm attaching to this project is subject to negotiation.
