Virtual Assistant in Japan

I Need a Japanese virtual assistant with great English and can work well with a virtual team in USA and Asia. My small business recruits students to study abroad in USA, we mostly focus on recruiting Chinese students but we want to focus more of our business in other Asian countries now. Your work will be helping me find schools and teachers to partner with using simple internet searches, I also need you to translate my website, translate advertisements. You may also visit schools to help us recruit students and introduce our business to schools. You will also help me search for information in Japan. If you're interested, we will teach you about the business and you can take on more responsibilities if you like. This project will be about 2-4 months with 10-15 hours a week. If we do well this year I will make this a long term project with 20-40 hours a week.
