I would like to hire a reliable assistant!

A start-up business related individual in England looking to hire a reliable virtual assistant (or team of virtual assistants) in the United Kingdom. Ideally, I would like to hire 2-3 virtual assistants with the ability to spend 2-3 hours a day performing my tasks. Successful candidates will be considered for long-term position. Tasks will include but not limited to: - Occasionally make phone calls to UK business customers (online stores, individuals). - Communicate with me through email, phone calls, skype. - Conduct market/ competitive research and analysis. - Perform my tasks (receive and process correspondence and orders). - Searching for new suppliers and new clients - Email support - Sales/ Marketing materials such as poster, flyer, banner, catalog I am ready to pay up to $250 a week or up to $1000 a month for this job.
