• Project Web Check- Identifying new potential Pre-design, Design phase and Bidding phase projects across US. Collecting Bid Notices, Invitations to Bid, Request for Bid, Requests for Qualification (RFQ’s) and Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) for commercial construction projects. • Project Entry- Data entry of project information from various website into an online database, including Project Principals and Key contacts (e.g. Owners, General Contractor, Architect and engineers) • Project Document acquisition: Acquiring plans, specs, addenda and other documents for projects that offer them • Project Updates- Project updates to active bidding projects with any changes in Bid Date/time, Pre-Bid Date/time, plan holders list and Pre-bid attendees lists, bid tabulations and contract awards • Online Plan room Organization: Separating plans and labeling individual drawings and splitting specification documents as per Master Spec section and naming them as such to provide a more productive use scenario for consumers of these plans/specs.
