I'm Francis, a Multilingual Customer Support service agent, coupled up with skills in Phone etiquette, email handling, and live chat support.
I have been working as a Multilingual French Agent for a quite while, for call centers where i was in charge of creating new tickets for incoming French and English customers that called to get assistance for their issues. Actually i was working for an IT company specializes in manufacturing routers, internet USB, modems, printers, IP Cameras.
I also worked as customer support reps for some online stores and my role consisted of assisting incoming customers via live chat such as Zendesk and also receiving inbound calls via a dialing system such as Aircall, and my job's objective was to sorting out via ticket system all queries of customers (tracking number discrepancies, item damage, parcel loss, details about the order......)
I'm passionate about customer support online, interfacing with customers by providing first class solution, has always been my aim.
