wikidata c# library to lookup organizations and extract in bulk

I require two independent deliverables which could be combined if possible. For companies only in wikidata: 1. a c# library that will query wikidata by entity name and wikipedia url. examples: name contains International Business Machines wikipedia url = '[login to view URL]' return structure to be a class containing all the information in the infobox on the right of the page example: [login to view URL] including the icon path. 2. a script (in any language) to extract of all the organizations (businesses only) into a json per line file with the same structure as the above returned class. A full extract is required to prove it works.
