With respect to the Driver Assistance System Project, I am looking for a person with good experience in deep learning and computer vision (Python).
The work required is to build a deep learning model that predicts the following:
1- If the driver changed the lane.
2- If the car is positioned over a lane so the driver is not keeping the car correctly between lanes.
3- If the car is curving. Small curves and highway curves are not required, only acute curves (70-degrees and more) should be detected.
The Software will run on NVIDIA Jetson AGX Xavier – Linux, so the model should be done using the TensorRT library and executed by the GPU provided. The model may return a discrete number indicating the prediction (0 for nothing, 1 for a lane change, 2 for driving over lanes, 3 for curving) or any appropriate method can be used after discussion.
Note that the hardware components and cameras selection depend on the best performance that can be achieved by the model, so do not consider it as a constrain.
The work submission must include the Model Documentation and Source Code. The model should work with high accuracy in addition to be implementable in the main project software (Can be used as a module, function, ...etc)
