how to setup raid 1 with an existing installation

hi,

we have a windows xp machine with a complex installation on it (sql server, special software aso.).

this windows xp machine runs now on one SATA disk over the normal onboard SATA controller.

now we bought a second disk (same size) and a RAID controller (3ware 9650SE-2LP Bulk: 2 Port SATA2)

now my question:

we doesn't want to install all the things again.

how can we setup the RAID 1 with the RAID controller and without data loss?

the system has to be bootable!

we also own the software: Acronis True Image Home 2011 and some big usb-disks

is it possible to do that with this software?

it's really important to bring the system to boot with RAID 1.

please write me a simple manual how this works.
