DJANGO SITE PROJECT TO FINISH (GIT usage required)

Hello,
I have a Django Site (with PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS - the site is not working 100% properly yet and I am hiring someone who will complete the tasks with quality ( commented code and documention/written description on how it works/usage of site ).
The public on the internet will see 1 page: A Contact Form and a Submit button. When they submit the form,
-- a new person/client and a new case* will are created in the database.
-- an email must be sent to a recepient with the data from the form content.
The main part of the site is accessed (not for the public, only for owner of the site) via LOGIN form.
The User (logged in) can create and update:
- person
- client
- lawyer
- case*
and view the EARNINGS page - which lists and sums up all costs/earnings
And create an Excel Sheet with all the complete contents from the entire database.
*) case = a lawsuit case that a lawyer can bring to court.
Tasks Open to do / implement / make work:
- Earnings page: resolve "Connection Error" / link not working
- Delete Buttons needed.
- The Excel Sheet created needs extra: Some Sums and Formatting and Currency Units.
- A Redirect page "Thank you for Contacting Us,.." after Form Submit (Contact Form)
- Make custom error messages / screens so no display of infomation about internal system/error to public on the web.
