( add/edit/remove ) 2- create departments ( add/remove/edit) 3- Users can use different word templates and type the document inside our application 4- users can send documents to other users 5- complete log and graphic interface for the workflow 6- Users can add notes ( as text or image) to the saved document , can show the document before and after the notes , to he printed in the app. 7- User get notifications for each document received , or other actions to their documents 8- users can store images and PDF 9 - it's also an archive system where we can look for specific documents through search options 10 - document and DB Migration, export and import functions plus print 12 - client and server application or an easy way to handle connections 13- different DB connection ( sql lite, mysql and SQL server 14- Its like an email service plus calendar 15 - multiple themes and language change options 16 - document status ( new, in progress, finished) and priority ( urgent, important, normal) . 17- Setting options to mange everything including backups 18- hardware login using flash serial number 19 - security measures to secure the app and the data . 20 - Google map locations to some items if needed 21 - look and feel must be nice and clean design . 22 - full documentation
