We would like to automate below activities
Open URL
Login with user name & password
select the report and select start to end date
execute the report
after 15min – again login and select the same report and click on download data to download in fixed folder
once download the data just rename file (which name previous liked in access
open MS Access and run macro
once complete the macro, MS Access will export summary report in excel format and exit
open 1st excel and copy data form particular sheet and range
open 2nd and past data in required raw or column or end of the previous data
refresh pivot table and formula
select a fixed range data and copy form 2nd excel
open outlook new mail and past on the mail body
paste a gritting write-up like “ Hi, please find attached data or els “
Save excel and exit / close excel
Excel link in attachment
mention “To” and “CC” email ids
send email
