Hi! I'm trying different things on the pdf you attached. Let me ask: Do you want the app to be fully autonomous? Or would you be willing to have some interaction? For example: It could be usefult if the app let you easily draw rectangles with the mouse, so the app knows where are the articles, and then it can extract them better? Extracting articles with the subtitles and titles autonomously is going to be a tough requirement, based on the fact that pdf doesn't store text as paragraphs. Let me know what you think!

This is quite a doable project We can Parse the PDF text and split it into parts after each heading, though this is a challenging task as newspapers have a different number of columns and Images etc. but that's what makes it interesting.
