Treeview needs content from Mssql

I am currently creating a WPF Vb.net application I have been unable to figure out the fastest and best way to do the following: I have a database built in MSSQL on an azure server - information will be provided to the accepted bidder. the format of the database is listed as an attachment Database items that contain a GID are parents that may have other parents or children under them. All Child content has a null value on GID (except child content that also acts as a parent). Pgroup reflects the parent GID that the item should reside under GID 1 has a Pgroup of 1 and reflects the Top Parent item. the treeview should display PNAME as the visible content. the treeview should use PID as the ID none of the other content needs to be carried over as it is used in processing.
