Windows 10 taskbar HDD/SSD utilization meter (IOps, active time) + full C# source editable in Visual studio

Windows 10 taskbar HDD/SSD utilization meter + full C# source editable in Visual studio I need to display the current usage of a specific storage device (one of the local HDD/SSD I choose via the app user interface). The usage should be expressed in input and output operations per second (IOPS - reads and writes separately) and as well as in "disk active time " percentage. The program should be displayed in Windows 10 taskbar. The selection of the storage device should display itself after right-click anywhere on the app. The storage device selection can pop out anywhere on the screen. The selection should be remembered, for example, in Windows registry (Drive letter is sufficient enough). Required values to display and refresh every 0.2 seconds : reads /second - as shown in windows perfmon (performance monitor) (whole number) writes /second - as shown in windows perfmon (performance monitor) (whole number) Disk active time - as shown in Windows 10 Task Manager (percentage value 0-100%) Font color: #f0f0f0 Font face: Arial Narrow The program will be used for personal purposes and for further development. Fully working C# code editable in Visual Studio required. Please see attached files. I have a $200 budget, and I need to get the project done correctly.
