DRUPAL: One click webform results download to CSV for anonymous user

We have a drupal 7 website using webform Version: 7.x-4.19
On the website are some webforms (about 8 webforms).
We would like the results to be downloaded (CSV) by a single person/user (not logged in).
We are thinking along the lines of making a "Protected Page" which only requires a password to access ([login to view URL]).
On this page we can place buttons (links) that can download the webform results.
The problem we are having; is getting the results to export using a single link / button, and also the permissions to allow a user access to only the specific exports.

An alternative approach would be to log the user in using a single links (some URL login module) and only assign the logged in user with permission to view the results of the relevant webforms (not all webforms... only some of the webforms), then provide a page accessible to this user where the dowload buttons can be clicked.
