vba ebay' s file exchange upload file

Hi, i am looking for someone who will help to make a vba macro that will upload a csv file to ebay through File Exchange and i will add it to my other macros. I just need the request and a preformat file with a variable sent that i will complete with my datas at every time i will need to revise a listing. I am working on it and i have make a part of the job but i still have a problem with token autentication. I will share this with you so you can complete it. I think it is a really easy task for who know something about http request via VBA and have made the same in past with ebay file exchange so i will not pay more then 20€ for that and hope you will be able to complete it in some hours.
