Copy Editing Annual Report

Hello we are looking for a copy editor to identify grammatical / punctuation mistakes. This is a proofreading project. Read the annual report in detail. Use the comment feature in Adobe reader to highlight all the mistakes and provide instruction on how to correct by insert suggested text and instructions in the comment box. For example, if a period is missing at the end of a sentence. highlight the last work in the sentence and add in the comment box: Add period to the end of the sentence. Additional examples: A word is misspelled or a sentence doesn't make sense: highlight the work or sentence and in the comment box say misspelled word {include the correct spelling] or sentence is incorrect [include suggested wording] This project should not take more 2 hours to complete. Small but super important project. We are a small not for profit organization made up of 100% volunteers. We are needing a well written, error free annual report. The annual report is 4,250 words. Language: American English. Project Due Date is 12:00pm US Eastern, Monday, September 28th. This project involves very light copy-editing. This report will help us get funding and will lead to the chosen copywriter receiving many more projects from us, if this job is is done well. We currently have 5 more projects similar to this that are needing to be done. Do an outstanding job and we will be your repeat customer. What do we consider to be an outstanding job? We consider an outstanding job to be a project delivered on time, with 100% thoroughness and accuracy. Not a single typographical error missed. You must find identify all the typographical/grammatical mistakes in the report. We don't need the work done fast...we need it done right.
