Hi, I'm Matt and would like to create your courses (please see below for the tool). Relevant Skills and Experience 23 years of IT development, web mastering and multimedia. Last 5+ years researching multimedia e-learning for adults, creating course content for others (have two live Udemy courses, not real LMS). Proposed Milestones €300 EUR - Initial materials check and optimization, structuring content and plan €1620 EUR - Three e-learning courses created €1080 EUR - Last two e-learning courses created I intend to use Articulate Storyline 2 (possibly 3 for responsive design if required).
