HI. I can do it, provided some information about the algorithm needed would be given (never made filament extruders). Circuits controlling heaters and spools should not be problems also. Well I didn't make PCB layout for years now, it's not my cup of tea at the moment. But are you sure you need PCB if, as I understand it is not a mass production at the moment? Would just some breadboard do the job? Less bothering if some corrections needed. Best regards Anatolii

For $200,I can design a PCB and write a code for controlling the band heaters and spooler system once I get the information about what all is to be controlled. Update: I have designed a PCB with control for two band heaters, temperature detection, selection and display. If you could give me the details about the motor used for spooler, I could finish up the PCB design and start with the code to run the same.

Project needs controlling and integration experiences. Since i have completed such projects earlier, i am confident enough to finish it easily. I personally believe that if i can get to know what are the hardware used in the system with the specific datasheets, i believe i can finish the project in speculated time.
