Hello, I guess you have a different idea than conventional quantum boards available on the market. Are you going to try out a different pattern? I can also help you design the power supply for this, but it would be much feasible to use an off-the-shelf certified one. It would be fast and at the same price, plus you will have a certified product in your hands. One catch, I will use KiCad to design this, if that's OK for you?

Dear Sir: Thank you for your polite offer but, before I could give you a formal budget, I would need to know some parameters about your project, as are: -Whole board surface (should be a single one or it's divisible on two or more?) -Voltage supply: value (I suppose there are about 135 LEDs, but surely you'll associate them for a standard voltage value : 24, 48 or similar voltage). -Heatsink: is it any model selected already? Is there any other resource to evacuate the generated heat? -Power supply: is it solved out already or has to be designed also?. In this case, general characteristics and features would be a great help for me. -Any other feature your circuit should incorporate: overtemperature sensors, any kind of control, any kind of alarm, any kind of compensation (i.e. compensation with the external solar light).
