Hi, The critical things about LPDDR routing is length matching and for some differential trace it should be kept close each other. I have examine that case before. And for Wifi Module, The critical part is the PCB antenna part, it should meet certain trace length and width with must be located at the edge of PCB, and clean from any other trace and Ground Plane. I have did several RF based project before, so I know several issue of it. I have used Kicad since early 2018, but with heavily do it this year, because my Company decide to migrate using Kicad in all of their project. I have designed 4 layer Kicad PCB with BGA fan out and some Audio and Mixed signal PCB project. Generally, I have do PCB design since 2012 and has done lot of project for various application from hobbyst based to miitary purpose application. I know several advanced PCB sicruit like high speed digital communication, differential pair, mixed signal, RF antenna, Switching Power supply, BGA fan out, and many more.
