Hello what i get from your project is that we have to generate tomes and you will give it to this controller to make a digital code. for example one tone at 697 and another tone at 1209 and then the controller detect that tone gives you a digital code of D0 = 1and rest D1-3 = 0 . let me know i am right or not. can you please more elaborate it. like what i get is you want a circuit just to generate these tone for all your 0-F bits.
