Hi, Let me know what kind of power source you wanna use to charge that battery. if it's 5V, we can use TP4056 or TP 5410, Or another dedicated battery charger IC. it's has dedicated full charge indicator. I will use eagle to design it. and will provide you Gerber file and BOM list. But if you want to use bigger voltage source, we can looking for another charger IC. My background is electronic engineering, So I know how to make circuit works properly, And I always following design guide, so don't worry.
