We wish to take readily available scales the have BLE 4.0 and leverage the new BLE 5.0 protocol to implement the mesh and beacon abilities within the product development. The scales we have access too, already have the ability to send weight we want to add temperature and battery/charger voltage to be sent to an app we want to develop. The micro-controller used must allow for FOAT for all scale devices to assure timely updates to scales when required to address bugs and compatibility issues.
