Hall Effect Sensor with Wi-Fi

I'm looking for someone to develop the circuit with a Hall Effect sensor (something like that) with Wi-Fi.
This design will be used to check if the door of a safe is closed / open.
Basically the circuit will be off to save battery, as soon as the state is changed, the circuit will be turned on.
I intend to program the device, I have preference in ESP for Wifi connection, but I am open to suggestions.
The design needs to work with batteries, or a rechargeable battery something like 18650 battery
