I have used ESP-8266 and ESP-32 both a bunch of times, know its pros and cons. I am very experienced in Python having used Anaconda and Jupyter. I am very familiar with both I2C and SDI knowing the differences between them. I will probably use an ESP-32 AI with a BMP-180 or BMP-280 which ever i have with me right now.
