CAD / CAM Drawings Needs

I need some drawings done on 2 items so that the items can be submitted to manufacturing. There are 2 very simple items. Item one is a 3" inch in length stainless steel hollow rod that is welded on one end. The diameter of the rod is .25 inch. Item two is a 2 port pvc bag that is designed to hold 100 ml of liquid. It would be similar to an IV bag that you would find in a hospital. It measures about 3.5 inches by 5.25 and there is a 4.5 inch piece of pvc tubing coming out of one the ports. I will provide you with physical samples to base your drawings off of. I am looking for someone that is experience and able to take accurate measurements and transcripe them to a Autocad drawing. Items are to be done in inches with metric equivalents.
