Need complete site build. Site should be "hosting ready" when complete. 5 PSDs "sliced" to HTML. Javascript carousel. Javascript portfolio/slide show. PHP contact form with Javascript + PHP input validation. Google/XML sitemap.

3. Deliverables required

a. "Slice" each page from PSD to "pixel perfect" HTML

b. All pages in fixed-width HTML with continuous background

c. Top navigation buttons

i. Javascript mouseover on each tab

ii. On mouseover highlighted as shown on the home page mockup

iii. Tab for selected page highlighted identical to mouseover

d. Home page

i. Top image in an auto-rotating Javascript carousel. Images to be used in

the carousel are hidden layers in the home page PSD file and will need to

be taken from the PSD and saved as free-standing JPG or other format images.

e. Products

i. "PRODUCTS WE OFFER" header should be text in an H1 tag in a font as close to the example

as possible

ii. Static HTML with links to the matching category ("Vehicle Lettering" on

products page links to "Vehicle Graphics" on Portfolio page, etc.)

f. Portfolio

i. All headings should be in an H2 tag

ii. Javascript slideshow with thumbnails

iii. Links on top point to the appropriate slide show for the category

g. Get a Free Quote

i. "QUOTE REQUEST" header should be text in an H1 tag in a font as close to the example as possible

ii. Javascript + PHP input validation

iii. PHP form-to-email script

iv. Display the text "Thank you for contacting Metro Sign and Design. We'll be in touch with

you shortly." after the quote form is successfully submitted.

h. Contact

i. "CONTACT US" header should be text in an H1 tag in a font as close to the example as

possible

ii. Javascript + PHP input validation

iii. PHP form-to-email script

iv. Display the text "Thank you for contacting Metro Sign and Design. We'll be in touch with

you shortly." after the quote form is successfully submitted.
