TP4056 battery protect

Hi I am looking for TP4056 battery protect circuit board support which i am using to run DC motor of 3-4V and also use it as power bank by connecting it to USB step UP booster. I could successfully create the circuit and connected TP4056 battery protect with 3.7V Li-Ion 18650 battery from where i have connected directly the battery terminals through switch to motor and also i have connected input current of the tp4056 5v 1A to switch which in turn connected to motor but here i am getting the issue that it's voltage is getting dropped, Hence when i use 5v 2A charger it's working fine so i need a help that is there any Resistor, Diode or capacitor which could help me run the motor with 5v 1A charger as how it's running on 3.7V litihium ion battery. 2nd thing when i hook the battery wrongly such as battery-18650 positive(+) terminal connected to (-)negative terminal and battery-18650 negative(-) terminal connected to (+)positive terminal of the TP4056 board is getting heated so for this can any resistor or diode could be connected in between to overcome this issue.
