Hi. I have PhD in mechanical engineering from tohoku university of Japan. I have published 18 journal papers and 19 conference papers some of which cover the metaheuristic algorithms subject. I am completely familiar with conventional and hybrid optimization algorithms and am an expet in Matlab. However I have to get familiar with the cost function you are trying to optimize which would not be the bottle neck of the project and I am sure I can handle that. I read the attached file and got interested in the project.
