Greetings, Thanks for inviting to bid. Have gone through your requirement. The design is quite involved simply because of the voltage and currents you have to deal with e.g. when measuring Gohm the current would be sub nA. I have experience working on the sub nA range Analog circuits, however haven't done much work on kV designs. The overall requirement is clear and should be achievable but would require significant design effort. I understand you would be needing only the Analog part of the circuit but we will have to consider all factors which you need to take care while fabricating the design as well as the digital control aspects.
