I need electronic engineer

I have made a similar triggering device for sports purposes (with laser sensors). Also, I have a big experience in using the wireless modules (that will be necessary to use it on a long distance) it is not clear from your description - do you need a GUI (computer-based software) for the different modes (as is shown in your video? Please, take in account: my bid doesn't include a multichannel device (despite up to 4 sensors are possible) and those different modes (like "shuttle running") and GUI. (simple touchscreen interface will be used). But all of them are possible if you need it.
