Process Engg Required for Barite Silos

Dear All, We have a job in hand to build two nos of Barite Silos and related delivery pipeline. Given below is the schematic. Also attaching the P&ID and Barite specs (Ref pg 4) for the same. Silo 1 has two discharge lines with 50MT per hr per line flow rate (simultaneously if needed). The length of each line is about 50 m. The proposed Dia of pipeline is 200 mm. Silo 2 has only one discharge line with 50 MT per hr flow rate through a 90 m long pipeline of 200 mm dia. You are required to calculate the compressor capacities and also confirm the proposed piping dia. The air compressors are located near the base of the silos. Please let us know if you can do this process engg. If yes, support with your previous POs or job completion certificates. The deliverables are as follows: 1. Calculations to prove the capacity and air flow required to select a suitable air compressors 2. The number of air compressors needed 3. Confirmation of diameter of pipeline.
